Scheuren to Host press Conference on Proposed Constitutional Amendment

Donna Scheuren (R-Montgomery) will be hosting a press conference in Harrisburg with members of the House Republican Caucus regarding legislation she has proposed to put a constitutional amendment before the people of Pennsylvania that, if passed, would bar illegal aliens from having driver licenses.
